Your registration

Having a personal user account will enable you to conveniently register new Bosch tools and manage guarantee certificates. To set up an account, please enter your e-mail address. This e-mail address will also be your personal user name. You can choose anything as your password, but it must not contain any special characters and it must be at least 6 characters long.

Robert Bosch Power Tools GmbH – hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Us" – offers you the option to extend the guarantee to 36 months after registering in our portal based on the 3-year guarantee conditions and the 24-month ProService terms and conditions of participation

We offer our customers comprehensive consultation and support in relation to our products and services.

To make this possible, for purposes including but not limited to those of the three-year guarantee, I consent to Robert Bosch Power Tools GmbH collating the data I have submitted here and the data submitted during future registration of my tools (part number, identification, serial number, date of purchase and year of manufacture of the tool, battery and charger) to create a customer profile and using it within the context of a newsletter in order to:

Send me personalised information about products and services (e.g. suggestions for optimising my tool inventory, accessories for power tools, assistance with locating a dealer) by e-mail, post, mobile messenger services, SMS or push notification,
invite me to take part in competitions,
inform me about the possibility of becoming a tool tester,
contact me for market research purposes
and advise me individually in service matters.

Note:

We also pass on personal data to recipients based outside of the EEA, in what are known as third countries. In this case, before we pass on any such personal data, we will ensure that the recipient has an appropriate level of data protection (e.g. based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission for the relevant country or the agreement of EU standard contractual clauses decided by the European Union with the recipient).

Revocation of consent

You can revoke the above declarations of consent at any time with future effect by sending an informal message to Robert Bosch Power Tools GmbH (refer to privacy notices for the address) or by sending an e-mail to PT.DSO@BOSCH.COM.

For e-mail newsletters, we also offer you the possibility of withdrawing your consent using a link integrated into the newsletter or using the management settings for the relevant website.

You can revoke your consent for newsletters delivered by mobile messenger services by messaging "DELETE ALL DATA" or "STOP" to the relevant distributor.
